Dr. Patel has cultivated deep expertise in hospital leadership, operational efficiency, and creating exceptional patient experiences.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Patel gained diverse experience, serving as a Medical Officer for the Government of India (ONGC) and Aban Offshore Ltd.
His institutional background includes valuable tenures at prestigious Mumbai hospitals such as Masina Hospital as Burn Incharge, Prince Aly Khan Hospital as ICCU incharge, and Bhatia General Hospital, and he has had the privilege of working alongside acclaimed physicians, including Oncologist Dr. Sultan Pradhan, Gastroenterologist Dr. Chetan Bhatt and Cardiologist Dr. Nazir Juvale.

Dr. Javed Firfiray serves as the Medical Director for Dolphin Hospital & ICCU bringing 33 years of distinguished experience of diverse clinical and administrative experience across Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Dermatology and Fellowship in Diabetology.
Dr. Firfiray’s leadership is anchored by his core philosophy: “To make Quality Healthcare Affordable and Accessible for everyone.” His vision is to establish Dolphin Hospital & ICCU as the most preferred and accessible hospital by delivering advanced quality surgical and medical treatment at the most affordable rates.
Clinical and Administrative Expertise: Dr. Firfiray’s clinical background is extensive, encompassing General Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) management. He has also done Fellowship in Diabetology.He has held significant roles, including E.R. In-Charge (Casualty Department) for five years at Mowqaq Hospital, where he was responsible for administration, management, and smooth running of the department, as well as managing on-call rotas and leave for medical staff. He has also managed a Dermatology Outpatient Department (OPD) after obtaining his Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology from Queen Mary University of London.
Education and Credentials: Dr. Firfiray earned his M.B.B.S. from J.N. Medical College, Belgaum, India. He holds international medical registrations, including the GMC Registration (United Kingdom) and the Saudi Council for Health Specialties , in addition to his registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC). Mr. Patel’s expertise spans in Technology Integration, Accreditation standards, Quality assurance, Cost-effectiveness, and Strategic expansion all while ensuring smooth and efficient administrative and operational processes.
He has significantly enhanced patient convenience by establishing tie-ups with major health insurance companies and TPAs, enabling cashless and hassle-free hospitalization for the patients.
